MVHS Boys Lacrosse NEWS ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS! 1. Turn in completed paperwork from last meeting. You can download the forms above. NOTE: You must go to the Activities Office and pick up the Mountain View Sports Pack, complete it and return it to Connie in the Activities Office or return it at the meeting. 2. Club fee set at $150. There is no additional jersey fee this year. Turn in fee and forms to Connie in the Activities Office by January 29.
